Barista's Corner: Tasty Brew Tips

Buy fresh, whole bean coffee
Coffee reaches its peak flavor just days after being roasted
Store the coffee properly
Store in a mason jar or vacuum sealed container
Grind your coffee immediately before roasting
Achieve a medium-medium fine grind with a manual hand mill
Pre-infuse coffee grounds by pouring hot water over coffee grounds before using coffee maker
